Complete Health Clinic – Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment with Complete Health Clinic, you agree to observe and comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Booking & Payment
- All treatments must be pre-paid at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made via phone or our online booking system using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
- We do not accept cheques.
Treatment Validity
- Once a booking has been made, the appointment must be taken within 6 months from the date of booking. Appointments cannot be indefinitely rescheduled or rolled forward.
- If you cancel your appointment and do not rebook within 6 months, the session will be forfeited.
- All gift vouchers must be used within the designated time frame stated on the voucher. No extensions will be granted.
Colonic Hydrotherapy Packages
When booking a course of three treatments:
- All three sessions must be taken within 8 weeks from the date of your first treatment.
- Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the same individual.
- The package must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
- If you cancel before completing all sessions, no partial refunds will be issued.
Colon Hydrotherapy Package
- All three sessions must be taken within 8 weeks from the date of your first treatment.
- This is a discounted package and is non-refundable, except in the event of pregnancy.
- If a refund is required due to pregnancy, the first two sessions will be charged at the standard (full) rate, and only the remaining balance will be refunded.
- If you’re unsure about pregnancy or planning to conceive, please wait before booking.
- Non-Transferable: This package is for your use only and cannot be transferred to another person.
Cancellation Policy
We understand life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure fairness and sustainability for our practitioners and other clients:
- We operate a non-negotiable 48-hour cancellation policy for standard appointments. A minimum of 48 hours (two full working days) notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring charges.
- For appointments lasting three hours or more, three working days’ notice is required.
- Working days are defined as Monday–Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm.
- If you arrive late and we believe it would impact the quality of your treatment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge in full.
Late Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the list price.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: charged in full.
Please do not request a refund outside of the policy, as refusal may offend – and that is never our intention.
Cancellation Due to Sickness
- If you become unwell, please notify us as soon as possible.
- If we are able to fill your slot, you will not be charged.
- If we cannot fill the slot, our standard late cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation Due to Pandemic/Lockdown
- In the event of a government-mandated lockdown or public health emergency where we cannot operate, appointments will be rescheduled once we reopen.
- No cancellations or refunds will be processed under these circumstances.
Cancellation Due to Severe Weather
- If a red weather warning is issued and staff are unable to safely reach the clinic, your appointment will be rescheduled without charge.
- If you choose not to attend under amber or yellow warnings, and we cannot fill your slot, you will be charged in line with the standard cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
- If you are eligible for a refund under these terms, a 5% deduction will be applied to cover administrative and processing fees, including PayPal charges.
Stool & Intolerance Testing
- Complete Health Clinic is not responsible for the results or recommendations provided by third-party testing (York Blood Tests).
- No refunds will be issued once payment for testing has been made and your commitment confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse to treat any client if we feel necessary.
If we are unable to proceed with your treatment due to medical or other reasons, 50% of the appointment cost will still be payable.
